2. Lead Generation & Program Terms

- Exclusivity: All estimate requests and calls generated through our system are 100% exclusive to your business and are not shared with any third-party competitors.

- Payment Structure: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, enrollment in the initial phase may require no immediate upfront payment today. You agree to pay a determined rate for each unique, valid prospective customer call received through our tracking infrastructure.

- No Contracts & Cancellation: We operate on a flexible service model. There are no long-term contracts, and you maintain the right to cancel your membership or stop receiving leads at any time with a simple click or written notice.

3. SMS and Mobile Communication Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the explicit consent box on our online enrollment forms, you formally opt-in to receive SMS communications from Tree Leads LLC.

- Message Types: If you opt-in, you may receive recurring automated promotional text messages, operational notifications, marketing campaign updates, and business development tips regarding our Tree Leads Program.

- Fees: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on account activity and localized promotions.

- Opt-Out (Stop): You can completely cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to our shortcode or originating number to opt-out. After texting STOP, we will send you a final SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tree Leads LLC provides digital marketing and leads on an "as-available" basis. While we strive to reliably deliver 5 to 10 estimate requests per day based on seasonal availability, we do not guarantee specific conversion rates, booking success, or financial revenue targets. In no event shall Tree Leads LLC be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our systems.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
